Abstract
This article is devoted to severity PTSD symptoms of the ATO participants of the different ages study. The modern investigations of PTSD symptoms and their diagnostic methods are analyzed. Based on the results of the empirical study, it was found that among the ATO patients in hospitals for veterans of war, the percentage of people diagnosed with PTSD is very low, while some of its symptoms (first of all, intrusions) are well corrected in the process of providing medical and psychological assistance in rehabilitation departments.
