Abstract
The article deals with the questions of theoretical modeling of the process of formation of subject design and technological competence in pupils. To do this, two models have been developed by the names: "Innovative model of students' subject design and technological competence" and "Theoretical model of realization of objective design and technological competence". The essence and meaning of the developed models have been described in detail. The pedagogical conditions of formation of pupils in the indicated competence on the lessons "Labor studies" and "Technologies" have been formulated and solved. The content filling of the pedagogical conditions is given in the corresponding content lines of the developed content of training.
