Abstract
The article is dedicated to ascertaining of peculiarities and principles of structure, content and methodical apparatus of textbooks elaboration on the basis of personality oriented, operated and competency approaches, the role and meaning of modern textbook "Technology" for the technological preparation of the basic school pupils according to the new edition of the State standard of basic and secondary education.
