Abstract
The article outlines the theoretical position of the relative concept of “achievement motivation”. Empirical material is detailed quantitative indicators of success motivation and failure motivation. The interpretational outline of the results obtained (individual differences, individual variability) was determined by theoretical propositions and own data that the features of motivation are special entities and are determined by the content of the activity in which the particular personality is included, in this material the researcher.
