Abstract
The article deals with the results of psychodiagnostic research of psychological factors of school psychologists’professional self-realization. The results of the study were verified using regression analysis. The following factors are found to be the most important ones: self-efficacy, self-esteem, scale of value-based orientations, and scale of views on human nature. These factors influence the professional self-realization of psychologists in the system of secondary education, which is one of the most important forms of their personal self-fulfillment, and is characterized by high level of disclosure of personal potential, development of their abilities, the demand for their professional qualifications, the extensive use of their professional experience, etc. Our proposed technology of acceptance and responsibility in complex professional and life situations is intended to support psychologists on the path to professional self-realization. Prospects for further research are the development of a detailed program of practical trainings in order to master the technology of acceptance and responsibility for promoting professional self-realization of psychologists in secondary education.
