Abstract
On the basis of the analysis of the conceptual apparatus of the textbook of the subject field "Mathematics" for the 5th grade issued in 2013 under the state order, an analysis of the system of mathematical concepts and statements, aging features of their using was made, as well recommendations were made as to the peculiarities of using one or another formulation method of mathematical concepts at various stages of studying mathematics in a general education institution.
