Abstract
These theses highlighted theoretical and methodological bases of applying of test technologies in monitoring systems of evaluation of metasubjective competencies of pupils of primary and high school. It has been found that meta-objective learning outcomes are determined mainly by psychological characteristics, and the systematic approach to the assessment of metasubjective competencies of students who are in a primary and upper secondary school can be used as a basis for monitoring systems for assessing the quality of education.
