Abstract

The article analyzes the needs for the future market of modern professions,in particular the need for training of specialists in the context of the introduction of innovative educational technologies in the new Ukrainian school in the context of STEM-education. Reveals the thoughts of world-renowned scientists about future education andpecialiststhat will be most in demand in five – ten years. Also the article summarizes the basic competence of future specialist. Among which critical thinking, creativity, flexibility of mind, the ability to work in team (including online), emotional intelligence, independence in everything, particularly in forming their own opinions and decisions and so on. These skills are formed instudents during immersion into STEM-oriented educational environment to facilitate convergence of various fields of scientific and technological activity of human society in the learning process. In terms transience of everything that is happening in the world, education is rapidly transformed and, in our opinion, the introduction of STEM-education is important and inevitable priority for Ukraine today. However, there are some problems that require urgent solutions: Update the regulatory framework; initiate the creation of a network of regional STEM-centers (laboratories); development of scientific and methodological support and specialized training facilities, training and retraining of teaching staff, an information base of STEM-education in Ukraine using modern information technology. Emphasized that the introduction of STEM-education is a priority and inevitable for the country in conditions of modernization of education content and training of future highly qualified specialists. Note that one of the operating centers STEM-education is STEM-laboratory MANLab - laboratory complex of the National Center "Minor Academy of Sciences of Ukraine," which offers assistance in scientific and educational research school students Ukraine in distance and eye rezhymiuhaluzyah natural direction: physics,chemistry, biology, geography, astronomy.
