Abstract

The article substantiates the conceptual foundations of the future textbook of the Ukrainian language for the 8th form of the COPD with the study in Ukrainian; the text-centric model is revealed as a pivot in the system of education, based on competent, personally oriented, activity and other modern approaches to language education.
