Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual linguodidactic problem - the scientific substantiation of the modern methodology of teaching the Ukrainian language, the clarification of the key features of personally oriented learning, activity and competence approaches to be taken into account during the development process; to determine the directions of work on the implementation of the tasks of the four content lines; selection of principles, methods, techniques, refinement of the structure of the Ukrainian language lesson. The author also outlines the prospects of the problem under study.
