Abstract

The conceptual apparatus, principles, methods and approaches to the formation of a cloud-oriented educational-scientific environment, the basic stages of its evolution are determined. The classification of electronic resources of educational-scientific purposes in a cloud-oriented environment is developed, the model of the cloud-oriented educational-scientific environment of the pedagogical educational institution is substantiated, reflecting the processes of its formation and development. The concept for forming a cloud-based educational-scientific environment in a pedagogical educational institution, recommendations for the use of various types of services is developed.
