Abstract

The local government as the governing bodies (founders) of schools has played a leading role in the reform of Polish education over the past 25 years. The fulfillment of tasks related to the provision of educational activities played an important role in transforming local self-government into competent bodies of governance and the formation of a decentralized whole state, since education and education are the most important sphere of Polish self-government in terms of scale and social significance.
