Abstract
Analysis of the distribution of powers in the domestic educational. The field shows that the decision-making process, planning and management of education in Ukraine mainly focuses on financial, legal and logistical aspects, as well as responsibility for the content of training and control over the implementation of plans. And for successful centralization and decentralization in Ukraine there is a lot it is important to explore and use the successful experience of the European Union and the United States.
