Abstract
It was discovered that in the 21st century the harmonization of national educational policies in Europe, in which the European space is transformed into a community of individuals and institutions interconnected in the network vertically and horizontally by ideas, tasks and practices. The creation of a European educational space is inextricably linked and correlated with world integration in education. The postulate of European and world integration of education on the path to quality improvement and justice is life-long education, which is being developed by states in the framework of the policies of international organizations, which, by applying a common "unified" methodology, form the educational space of the world.
