Abstract
The article substantiates the necessity of forming the readiness of the future skilled workers, in particular the automotive industry, to use innovative manufacturing technologies and the importance of research relevant pedagogical conditions. It is determined that the readiness of future skilled workers of the motor transport industry to the application of innovative production technology is a holistic, personified entity characterized motivational-value relationship, professionally meaningful personality qualities, a set of necessary professional knowledge, skills and abilities that provide the use of innovative manufacturing technologies in the professional activities. Characterized its components: motivational-value, subjective, cognitive, activity. The modern approaches of scientists to the definition of pedagogical are analyzed conditions of various aspects of the training of skilled workers of the motor transport industry. According to research results, it was determined that pedagogical conditions of preparation the future skilled workers of the motor transport industry predict formation of positive motivation of students for professional activity, application of innovative pedagogical technologies, creation of the corresponding the educational environment of vocational education institutions, the use of electronic learning tools. The procedure is described and the results of the expert are highlighted assessment of the pedagogical conditions for forming the readiness of the future skilled workers of the automobile industry, in particular, priority conditions include: increasing the motivation of students to master innovation production technologies; updating the content of knowledge and skills training on application of innovative production technologies; introduction methods of forming the readiness of future skilled workers of the motor transport industry to the application of innovative production technologies; creation of innovation-developing environment.
