Abstract
The article substantiates the necessity of forming the readiness of future skilled workers, in particular the motor transport industry, for the application of innovative production technologies and the importance of studying the relevant pedagogical conditions. It is determined that the readiness of future skilled workers of the motor transport industry to use innovative manufacturing technologies is a coherent personality education characterized by motivational and valuable attitudes, professionally significant personal qualities, a set of necessary professional knowledge, skills and skills that ensure the use of innovative production technologies in professional activities. Its components are characterized: motivational-value, subjective, cognitive, activity. The modern approaches of scientists to the definition of pedagogical conditions of various aspects of training of skilled workers of the motor transport industry are analyzed. According to the results of the research it was determined that the pedagogical conditions of training of future skilled workers of the motor transport industry include the formation of positive motivation of students for professional activity, application of innovative pedagogical technologies, creation of the appropriate educational environment of vocational education institutions, and the use of electronic teaching aids. The procedure is described and the results of expert evaluation of pedagogical conditions for forming the readiness of future skilled workers of the automotive industry are described, in particular, the following are included in the priority conditions: increasing motivation of students to mastering innovative production technologies; updating the content of training knowledge and skills in applying innovative manufacturing technologies; implementation of the methodology of preparing future qualified workers of the motor transport industry for application of innovative production technologies; creation of innovation-developing environment.
