Abstract
The article shows that the system vocational education in higher educational institutions in Poland is more in line requirements of European educational standards and deserves careful study in order to find ways to introduce into the national system of professional education. Instead, they are common to the Ukrainian education and labor market Poland is the lack of analysis and forecast of the number and qualifications necessary for the economic field of specialists, the lack of a flexible system the definition of qualifications, as well as the weak link of higher education institutions with potential employers for their graduates.
