Abstract

In the paper the analysis of known textbooks on the practical course of common laws is performed from the standpoint of various tasks using for the pupils directed on the implementation of inter-course connections. Accent is made on the importance of the inter-course connections displaying during the study of common laws fundamentals. There is necessity substantiated at the creation of textbooks on common laws for 9th form pupils to include into textbooks a system of questions and cognitive tasks which provide for pupils a possibility to reveal and to reconstruct the inter-course connections inside of course during its study.
