Abstract
The paper presents the results of a survey of high school students and teachers of experimental educational institution to identify their values. With using questionnaire S. Schwartz authors singled out the values that define the activity that is the basis of life behavior of teachers and students. The survey results helped to define social and professional position of teachers and rise to the conclusion that in the area there are teachers who are willing not only to accept and implement reforms, but also to initiate the creation of them.
