Abstract
The author discusses the article by Velichko L.P. "On Some Pedagogical Myths" ("Biology and Chemistry in the native school", № 6, 2015) regarding the possibility of using pedagogical technologies in the educational process in a secondary school, the peculiarities of the introduction of a competent approach and methods for evaluating the results of a pedagogical experiment.
