Abstract

As a result of the conducted study examined the content and form of social-pedagogical work with dezadaptovanimi teenagers in foreign countries. Characterizes the experience of rehabilitation centers in the near abroad, animation activities in France, working with difficult teenagers in Holland, experience social workers with difficult teenagers in the United States, Britain, Sweden and other countries. Is considered in the application of the concept of "learning in practice" in Germany, the implementation of the project "the city as a school".
