Abstract

Pedagogical practice shows that the introduction of competence training is carried out slowly and inconsistently. Among the main reasons is the lack of competence assessment technologies. The article analyzes different views on the assessment of the levels of formation of the subject competences of students of general education institutions; the results of research on the use of test technologies for assessing the ability of students to use subject knowledge and skills in practical situations are presented.
