Abstract

The educational policy of the United States in the 21st century has been explored and identified two main issues: school choice and academic success. It is found that the result of American education policy is that today the average graduates' ratings are the highest, the rate of decline - the minimum in history, a higher percentage of students are going to enter college than ever before. These achievements provide a solid foundation for further work on expanding educational opportunities and improving learning outcomes.
