Abstract
In the context of reforming the national education system, the main goal of which is to create a school in which it will be a pleasure to learn and give students not only knowledge, but also the ability to apply them in life. Therefore, it is quite right that the issue of training and retraining of educational staff in accordance with the educational policy of the state arises.
