Abstract

Under the Concept "New Ukrainian School", the social and professional mission of the teacher is modified in the context of European professionalism, with the preservation of the best mental Ukrainian characteristics. In the Society of knowledge, a teacher of a new formation must be competent, motivated, qualified, who has academic freedom and develops professionally throughout his life, independently and creatively obtains information, organizes a human-centered educational process. This teacher is at the forefront of social and educational transformations. Professional development of a modern specialist implies his continuous self-development and self-actualization as actual socio-cultural priorities and meanings. The collection of materials of the 3rd All-Ukrainian Internet Conference is devoted to the urgent issues of continuous professional development of a modern teacher, methodologist, manager, educational leader of a new formation throughout his life, who independently models and realizes an individual educational trajectory in the conditions of formal, informal and informal education, determines the parameters of the learning process (content, duration, forms, methods, training programs, tools, etc.), carries out the goal setting and constructive correction in fundamentally new domestic cultural-educational conditions. Part I is devoted to the continuous professional development of specialists in the era of changes, in particular the problems of adult education as a sociocultural phenomenon, the professional development of the teacher of the New Ukrainian school, the scientific and methodological principles of professional development in formal and informal education, the development of digital competence of specialists as main in the system of professional development, psychological support of professional development of specialists, etc. For the theorists and practitioners of adult education, higher education institutions, organizers of postgraduate pedagogical education, students of courses for the improvement of professional qualifications of pedagogical workers, heads of general educational institutions and institutions of general secondary education, methodological services of all levels, as well as all those who are interested in modernization of the domestic formal and non-formal adult education.
