Abstract

The new educational reality, in particular the digitalization of education and the creation of an open educational space for the New Ukrainian School, requires the modernization of the content of postgraduate pedagogical education and the formation of appropriate open content, which involves the valuable use of knowledge, the development of key competences of modern specialists, cognitive abilities and critical thinking, their social integration and social activity. Such a social order emphasizes the need for training specialists who meet the challenges of a society of knowledge capable of continuous intellectual, cultural and spiritual development throughout their lives through formal, informal and informal education, focused on the preservation, multiplication and transfer of humanistic social values. In postgraduate pedagogical education, the development of a flexible, forward-looking professional development system involves the development and implementation of multivariate, multilevel, diversified educational-professional programs in accordance with socio-pedagogical inquiries and the personal and professional needs of specialists that provide them with freedom of choice in the system of raising qualifications. place, terms, content of training on an individual educational trajectory; creation of a flexible, competitive educational environment; modernization of content, forms, methods, learning technologies in accordance with the aging and updating of information, opportunities and features, competency experience, etc. Taking into account innovative educational challenges, inquiries of the customers of educational services and key stakeholders by the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Philosophy and Adult Education within the framework of the research work "Professional development of specialists in the system of adult education: history, theory, technologies", educational-professional programs (OPP ) improvement of qualification of pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers and heads of educational institutions. The collection of OPP consists of 2 parts that are interrelated and complementary within the scope of the research topic. In the first part of the collection there is an OSP for the categories of students who are undergoing advanced training courses at the Department of Philosophy and Education of Adults, in particular, the educational, pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical staff of the air defense institutions; heads, pedagogical workers of institutions of extracurricular education; scientific and pedagogical and pedagogical workers of universities, academies, institutes; leading and pedagogical staff of colleges, technical schools; workers of methodical services. In the second part of the collection, the OPP was developed for the thematic courses of advanced training, in particular "Methodological activity in the conditions of the decentralization of education", "Organization of the educational environment in the context of the Concept" New Ukrainian School "," Modern approaches in adult education "," Theoretical and methodological aspects of development " Professional Skills of the Teacher "," Providing Education Quality in the Context of Modern Reforms "," Creative Practices in Education and Digital Educational Trends "," Art Pedagogy in the Adult Education System ". For pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers, heads of educational institutions, staff of methodical services, as well as all those who are interested in modernization of the national system of postgraduate pedagogical education.
