Abstract
The author discovered that the EU education and training strategy is open to change. It has been found that in order to counteract globalization challenges, the EU has enriched priorities that at the present stage are characterized by an increased focus on lifelong learning, the link between education and the labor market by intensifying learning outcomes for learning and recognizing skills and qualifications, and supporting innovation in the digital age.
