Abstract

Formation of national-cultural identity is an important condition for the existence of Ukraine as a sovereign and independent state capable of defending its territorial integrity, national interests and integrating into Europe. Of great significance in the formation of national-cultural identity in younger teens is their awareness of Ukrainians, part of the great people involved in Ukrainian culture, the descendants of ancient history, the bearers of the Ukrainian language, manifested in love to Ukraine, a sense of security and significance for the life of the country, involvement to her destiny, an understanding of duty and responsibility, truthfulness, a sense of dignity.
