Abstract
In article the role of the school textbook "Natural sciences-11" as integration tools of knowledge of objects of a natural cycle and formation of scientific thinking and research abilities of seniors for the purpose of realization in school education of STEM education is analysed; the expediency of the embodiment in the textbook of various forms of work, in particular research activity, by application of a method of projects which will induce pupils to show mental and creative abilities, moral and sociable qualities and to promote formation of creative thinking, abilities, skills to creatively use the got knowledge and to create innovations is proved.
