Abstract

The article deals with the concept of the scientific picture of the world and the image of the world as the vehicles of integration of knowledge which are realized in the educational branches «Science», «Mathematics», «Languages and literature». The basis and possibilities of integration of knowledge of the mentioned educational branches are determined. It is outlined how the teachers of Ukrainian language and literature understand the notion of «image of the world».
