Abstract

The article substantiates the importance of developing creative abilities of senior pupils in the profile school and the need to find effective technologies to solve this issue. It has been established that despite the development of the problem of creative personality development in pedagogical science, a number of important issues have remained unsolved, including the issue of development of creative abilities of senior pupils in the conditions of specialized education. It is revealed that reproductive and partly search activity prevails in the educational process. The creative activities of the teachers are much less in attention, rarely involve children in creative activity and give them enough time in the educational process. In the article, there has been revealed the essence of the concept of ’’pedagogical technologies’’ which are social technologies, which determines the complexity of their organization, mode-rate (and not strict) determinism, flexibility, a relative guarantee of the result. The difference between educational technologies and teaching methods has also been covered There have been described some technologies that are specifically focused on the development of creative skills of senior students – the technology of problem learning, the technology of heuristic learning, the technology of research training. The focus is on the conceptual basis, the unique content of education, the specific forms, methods, and means of teaching in each of the identified pedagogical technologies. It is proved that the success of the use of pedagogical technologies for the development of students’ creative abilities is predetermined by the personal and professional qualities of the teacher. A number of characteristics necessary for the teacher are provided, which will ensure the success of solving problems of creative development of students. It should be not only a transmitter of the information but also to ensure the success of group communication, have a trait of creativity and the ability to conduct a research.
