Abstract

The article research of nonfinancial motivation of labour. Nonfinancial factors of motivation are characterized, the author’s view to the necessity of increase of their importance for the motivational mechanism of impulse to high-effective labour is laid out, the modern state of nonfinancial motivation is analysed.
