Abstract

The article is devoted to the description of the process of guided development of professionally significant qualities of future managers in the process of obtaining higher education. Organizational and methodical recommendations on organization and content of the training program are provided. The process of organizing and conducting training sessions with students in the learning process is described. The emphasis in the training program is made on the development of the communicative component of the professionally significant qualities of future managers, in connection with the fact that the majority of respondents in the reconnaissance experiment sees it in the larger gaps in its development and gives it a paramount importance in forecasting its future activities. The article describes 3 modules of the training program aimed at 3 content components: development of communicative skills, assertiveness and style of response in conflict situations, designed for three one-day trainings and a number of homework assignments.
