Abstract
In accordance with the concept of decentralization, educational districts, basic educational institutions and their branches are being created in Ukraine, and we have carried out a scientific analysis of organizational and pedagogical and partnership principles of school autonomy of basic educational institutions in the conditions of decentralization and OTG, problems and trends of the development of school autonomy and areas of responsibility of subjects education management.
