Abstract

The case management method has proven itself to be effective in solving a number of issues related to the organization of individual help to the population, implemented by means of complicity and team work. The analysis of published information materials and the author's own practice in the field of child protection reveals difficulties in participation of the psychologist in case management team work. It is alleged that specialist training programs, in particular psychologists involved in case management, should be supplemented by competencies in case management and the specifics of the work of a psychologist in professional teams.
