Abstract

The general theoretical foundations of psycho-physiological provision of professional self-fulfilment are outlined. The organization, methods and results of the empirical research performed by the authors’ team and revealing the factors of professional self-fulfilment of specialists in different professions are described. This research was conducted in 21 institutions and organizations, as well as through the authors’ psychological diagnostic site; it was attended by university lecturers, school teachers, preschool educators, practical psychologists, doctors, programmers, managers, trade unionists, scientific workers, etc. (totally 981 specialists). The conceptual theoretical, methodological and practical principles of the technology of psychophysiologic support for specialists’ professional self-fulfilment under the conditions of socio-economic transformations are covered. The general technology of psychophysiologic support for specialists’ professional self-fulfilment under such conditions is presented.
