Abstract

The thesis focuses on the peculiarities of Ukrainian language education in the 5th form of comprehensive educational institutions with instruction in Polish. The specifics of language education described above are taken into account when developing materials for the textbook "Ukrainian Language. Grade 5 "for institutions of general secondary education with Polish education. The manuscript of the textbook (co-authored) is developed on the basis of competence, person-oriented and communicative approaches, taking into account the specifics of Ukrainian-Polish bilingualism and age-old features of schoolchildren.
