Abstract
The monograph deals with the psychological features of entrepreneur burnout. The monograph covers the theory, methodological principles and the results of the empirical research into entrepreneur burnout. The authors analyze the nature of burnout and the main approaches to its study, discuss the content of entrepreneurial activities and their burnout associated factors. The monograph presents the results of empirical research into the levels of entrepreneur burnout and reveals the links between entrepreneur burnout and the micro-level factors: entrepreneurs' personal characteristics (entrepreneurial potential, entrepreneurial abilities), motivation (social and psychological attitudes), work commitment, organizational, professional and socio-demographic characteristics. The authors also analyze the links between entrepreneur burnout and the meso-level factors: business registration type (individual owner or a legal entity), business specialization (trade, services or production), number of workers / employees. The monograph presents the Entrepreneur Burnout Prevention and Coping training which was developed and tested by the authors. The monograph is intended for entrepreneurs, academics, students, organizational and economic psychologists, researchers as well as all those interested in the psychological problems of entrepreneur burnout
