Abstract
The textbook implements the content of the differentiated component of the profile education in astronomy at an elementary school. It is intended for pupils of grades 10-11 of general secondary education institutions. On the basis of competently oriented approach, the educational material on astronomy is highlighted in it, which broadens and deepens the content of the subject "Astronomy". The textbook contains a system of exercises and tasks aimed at the formation and development of the subject and key competencies of students in the process of teaching astronomy.
