Abstract

The collection contains articles on topical problems of theory and practice of special pedagogy and psychology. The results of theoretical, practical and experimental researches of problems of education and education of children with special educational needs are presented, recommendations on their implementation in practice are given, an excursion into the history of the problem has been made. Addressed to scholars, teachers, educators, psychologists of general and special education institutions, social workers, students of special and inclusive education departments of pedagogical universities, postgraduate students, and all those who are interested in education and upbringing of children with special educational needs.
