Abstract

The article presents and describes modern methods and technologies of training in higher school in Ukraine. The author notes that the current stage of the country's entry into the market economy, the development of an independent state, democratization of society, higher education humanization require rethinking its very paradigm. Need an abandonment of adaptive model of assimilation of knowledge in favor of the model of education, which focuses on the individual. Centre of all educational activities must be student. Therefore, all methods and forms of organization must submit to it a comprehensive personal and professional development. The main attention should focus on the individual student. That's what kind of makes sense for his profession, how it relates to others, to themselves, it depends on the success of his professional growth. In the current socio-cultural conditions of higher education institutions should take the protection of the main rights of every student. We are talking about the rights to such terms of learning environments that provide him the maximum possible full personal and professional growth. This is facilitated by the innovative teaching technologies, which are impossible without widespread use of new information technologies. Society of Information Technology (post-industrial society) is much more interested in the fact that its citizens are able to independently and actively act to make decisions flexibly adapt to changing living conditions. Each teacher has to decide on the priorities for pedagogical technologies based on the goal of education, the interests of the individual. While the teacher is not convinced of the effectiveness of a particular technology, it will not be able to use them correctly. After all, the effectiveness of such an approach to their introduction would be questionable.
