Abstract

The article justifies professional career counselling as an effective psycho-pedagogical factor in ensuring the quality of future specialists’ professional training in educational institutions, which is specified by the action algorithms and mechanisms for designing (planning, developing) career and building a career trajectory, identifying the optimal ways (means, steps) of professional and career development, adjusting the career trajectory in order to enhance professional performance.
