Abstract

The article focuses on the need to improve the level of professional competence of teachers as one of the conditions for the modernization of educational process in institutions of out-of-school education. It is emphasized that exactly the specifics of the institution of out-of-school education require teachers of constant creative search, self-improvement for competent support of personal growth of the interest of pupils to study their favorite activity, self-realization of their intellectual and creative forces.
