Abstract
The collective monograph is devoted to the study of the state and trends of standardization of vocational education in Ukraine. The analysis of legislative acts and normative legal documents concerning standardization of vocational education is carried out. The experience of countries with a highly developed economy on standardization of vocational education and training in measurement of globalization processes of the present. The conceptual bases of standardization of professional education on the basis of competence are substantiated. Methodical bases of standardization of training of junior specialists in colleges and technical schools of Ukraine are described. The current state of professional training of junior specialists in colleges and technical schools is considered. The role of social partners in the process of standardization of professional training is revealed. For scientists, developers of state policy in the field of education, pedagogical workers of institutions of professional and professional advance education, specialists of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education, managers, employers, students.
