Abstract

The problem of the behavior of the individual in society was and is relevant, especially acute it is manifested at the stage of transformation of the social system, during the change of value orientations. The theoretical and practical aspects of modeling the process of formation of the motivation for success achievement are considered. In particular, it is noted that not only the external environment and the situation determine the behavior of the individual, but also its internal factors that motivation is an important key to the behavior of the individual. It is shown that realization of the program of psychological correction of the motivation to achieve success in adolescents with socialization violations allows to study the skills of self-knowledge about the motivation of success, to develop ideas about the needs and motives of people, the formation of goal-setting and mastering of technologies for achieving goals, the ability to analyze the causes of their failures. Participation in the program of psychological correction of the motivation to succeed helps adolescents with socialization violations to learn to create an atmosphere of trust, openness; think critically, express their own position, maximizing their intellectual and rhetorical abilities; make responsible decisions; show respect, honesty and tolerance to others; be able to recognize their own mistake, unreasonable risk, error of judgment without image; to receive positive motivation for success; resolve conflicts; counteract external pressure, harmful habits; trying to behave in different life situations accordingly; to develop skills of social and positive behavior.
