Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problem of psychological trauma and its role in the emergence of affective behavior of the individual. Mechanisms of traumatic influence and features of the manifestation of traumatic experience are analyzed. Psychological trauma is considered from the angle of its impact on the state of health and emotional behavior of the person. The main tendencies of affective behavior, caused by traumatic influence, are outlined. The psychological aspects of the occurrence of affective behavior and the areas of personality that are crucial for the diagnosis of predisposition to affective behavior are identified. The components of personal inclination to affective behavior and mechanisms of their formation are revealed. Note that the study of the problem of psychological traumatism is extremely important in the context of the need to preserve the psychological health of the individual. It is important to direct psychological assistance to the formation of the ability to recognize thoughts that lead to emotional pain; restoration of the sustainability of existence in a certain sphere of life and the effectiveness of self-organization of life. It is proved that the traumatized life experience, that is, one that has been overcome, can be an impetus for the integration of a person at a higher level of psychological development. As a result, stability, stability, balance of mental states, reconciliation of internal contradictions appears, there is a subjective sense of the prospects of the future.
