Abstract

ArXiv.org archive is used for free distribution technical information that potentially represents an interest to the academic community. Also, the presentation of the preprint allows the author to get constructive criticism and thereby improve the quality of future scientific publication. It is clear that arXiv can not be quantified with such giants like Web of Science and Scopus, but the total number of works submitted to the open scientific archive is approaching 1.5 million, which is also worthy of attention. In addition, the works included in arXiv have such advantages as: high level: novelty, speed publishing and accessibility. In addition, authors who publish preprint versions of scientific articles have the opportunity to receive a sufficient amount of useful comments on their mailbox, which affects the quality of the article itself.
