Abstract

The author describes some of the didactic determinants of constructing elective courses for profile education. According to the author, the important are: the conceptual provisions of didactics; technologizing the educational system of upper secondary school; the principle of professional orientation of pupils; organizational activity of upper secondary school pupils; the activity orientation of pupils in the context of the content of the variable component of education, etc.
