Abstract

Specialists in the field of philosophy and law are increasingly turning to the analysis of the phenomenon of political and legal consciousness. Contemporary socio-psychological science is also included in understanding the phenomena generated by the latest political and legalthe realities of society. However, psychological science still lacks ideas about the sychological content of this phenomenon and the vision of the subject fields of work in the research plan. In order to solve this problem, in our opinion, we should begin work on the conceptualization of the concept of "political and legal consciousness "and, thus, provide an understanding of the internal connectivity of the two concepts:"political consciousness" and "legal consciousness".
