Abstract

The article explained the concept of "career competence", "career competence", "rigid script", "career SWOT-analysis". Accurate assessment of competence required career professionals to create their own successful career regardless of the chosen field of activity (work). Each career competencies represented a certain set of behavioral indicators. Dedicated unpsychological and psychological factors that influence career. The structure of mining expertise that has motivational value, cognitive, active, reflective, evaluative, akmeolohycheskoho components. Also described possibilities and ways of development of the necessary personal qualities and skills, influencing the career competence. Manage their careers through career development of vocational competence allows the student (especially young professionals) to carry out their professional advancement and officials consciously and deliberately, while avoiding serious mistakes.
